Songs wie "Catch Me" und "Adrenaline" beissen sich gleichwermassen mit ihren Melodiebögen und straighten Grooves im Ohr und auf der Tanzfläche fest. Torben Schmidt – Chef von Infacted und ausgewiesener Elektrospezialist - war so begeistert, das er die Band mit der Teilname am kommenden „Nacht der Maschinen Vol.3“ Sampler adelte. Vom nordischen Trio Terje, Petter und Jarle wird man sicher noch mehr hören.Das Doppelalbum enthält neben den elf großartigen Analogklassikern eine Remixscheiben mit Versionen von Kant Kino, NorthBorne und vielen Anderen.

Substaat is a Norwegian ebm-band based in Oslo, combining the punchy old-school-ebm and aggro with melodic and catchy vocal lines. The band was formed by three guys with descent experience in the electro-club-scene in Norway, in 2007. In 2010 Substaat signed with the German record label: Danse Macabre Records and the debut album is planned to be released early in 2011. Autumn 2010 the band is spending most of the time in studio with producer Alex Jarlev (Atropine), finishing the upcoming release. The album fuses Terje Vangbo's bright lyrics with Jarle Hansen and Petter Norstrøm ´s clean synths to generate a record brimming with ultra-catchy gems. With standout tracks like "Burning Ground" and "Catch Me"," the music of Substaat appeals to electro fans and non-electro fans alike.
