Eher trifft zu, das Adrians Murder´n Crime Balladen als perfekter Tim Burton Soundtrack durchgehen würden. Und auch Freunde von Nick Cave dürften an der sonoren, größtenteils vom Piano begleiteten Stimme ihre Freude haben. Adrian H and The Wounds have a sound that is sinfully soulful and reminiscent of a night in a dark room full of hallucinations, secrets, and song. Adrian’s voice and lyrics cut like a straight edge. He evokes impassioned stories of tragic love, lost faith and twisted taboos. His post-goth, industrial, dark-glam pedigree includes collaborations with members of Nine Inch Nails, Ministry and most recently as the touring band for David J of Bauhaus/Love & Rockets fame.The Wounds consist of a multi-national pool of talented musicians from Japan, Mexico, Germany, Ireland and USA hand picked by Adrian H for their musicianship and skill. With the talented backing of The Wounds and his trusty piano by his side, Adrian H and The Wounds have crafted a unique style that transcends through their live performance guiding their audience down a path into a bitter world of surreal poignant storytelling. Adrian H and The Wounds have finished recording their much anticipated sophomore album, which includes the popular underground club hit singles ‘That Hurts’ and ‘Dog Solitude’. Their music has been featured in the recent films ‘The Ultimate Ride’ and ‘Brutal Beauty-Tales Of The Rose City Rollers’. They are currently recording an EP and producing a video with David J to be released late 2011.
